good product but you must follow these instructions Sep 13, 2009

I purchased the mattress, put it on top of my box springs, after about a week I started to sink into the middle, left negative feedback to the seller which he responded to , he ask me what I had it sitting on, I have it on box springs, box springs wont work. I got a couple 30 x80 inch pieces of plywood slid between mattress and box springs, that made all the difference in the world. you can't use just box springs, you will sink into the middle and have to pull your self out in the morning. seller was helpful in resolving problem. I am content with it now. it performs like it did when it was new. be sure to put a piece of plywood between box springs and mattress.

Satisfied sleeper from Atlanta Mar 21, 2008

I received the 10" mattress combo last week in perfect condition and within a few days of my order. the mattress comes in three boxes and each layer was individually sealed. The web site says assembly required but actually requires only unwrapping and laying the pads on top of each other. I was looking for a foam mattress and lucked onto this web page. I have used a foam mattress for twenty years and have become spoiled to the comfort. This is a good mattress and a great deal...considering I spent $700 twenty years ago.

Everything I was looking for in a bed Jul 22, 2009
By Matthew Groves I recently moved halfway across the country and after sleeping on air mattresses for a month I was desperately wishing I had a nice mattress to sleep on. After looking around and doing some research of memory foam vs spring beds I ultimately decided on this one.
They arrived in 3 separate boxes about 2 weeks after I ordered them. The bed has 3 pieces, 2 of which are stiffer foam and the other is memory foam. The first thing I did was open them up to let them air out a bit. It took about a whole week to get the "crazy glue" foam smell out of the foam pieces.
After a week I put the pieces together and put my sheets on the bed. It's extremely comfortable but did take a few weeks to get used to. I sleep very well now. Since the bed is memory foam you will not disturb your partner if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
The memory foam pillow that comes with this set is worthless. It's made out of the stiffer foam (not the memory foam) and it's very thin. It's been sitting in my closet since I got it. If you're in the market for a mattress and pillows, don't assume the pillow you get with this set will cut it.
I would highly recommend this product, especially for the price I paid for it ($163).

3.3 Cloud9 Queen 3 Inch Visco Elastic Memory Foam Pad Bed Topper with Cover Jan 05, 2009
By M. Foster We order the 3.3 Cloud9 Queen 3 Inch Visco Memory Foam Mattress Pad with the cover for protection. We absolutely love it. We're sleeping so much better. We had purchased a memory foam mattress at the store and paid a lot more for it than this one and it wasn't near the quality this one is. It also didn't hold up very well. This one is very comfortable. My wife has very bad arthritis and she actually got a full night's sleep on it. Which hasn't happened in a very long time. The foam warms up and your body sinks into and it's just like it says sleeping on a cloud. It also fits our queen mattress perfectly and it's a pillow top mattress. The cover fits nicely around our mattress and the top is a nice quality but the netting that fits around the mattress is a little flimsy so you might want to invest in a better one. That all being said it does have a smell so its best to let it air out but the smell goes away pretty quickly. And the twenty year warranty is a added bonus. All and all we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it. Another great deal. Thank you. M.Foster

foam matress pad combo Oct 12, 2008
By Steve E. Haden

Was looking for an affordable and comfortable option for my 14 year old who was tired of sleeping on a futon. Found and ordered this. It is indeed 3 seperate foam pads of varying thickness and density. It was shipped very quickly in 3 boxes that can be easily handled by one person. You open the box , remove the plastic overwrap, and give the pads about an hour to decompress, then you just stack them to create the matress. It also comes with a decent foam pillow and a matress cover that keeps all 3 pads together and looks like a regular matress.
My son LOVES it and it is very comfortable, it competes with much more expensive store bought foam matresses. It also fit perfectly on the futon frame, so we did not have to buy another bedframe. My only concern is that it will tend to sag over time where he sleeps in the middle; we will address this by an aggressive practice of rotating and flipping the pads to get maximum life out of the matress (they are light enough one person can do this).
If it lasts 4 years, I will definitely consider this a very good deal and a good product.
